Our story
FutureAI Soft was founded in 2019 in Québec City by a group of machine-learning researchers who had spent years watching promising AI projects stall on the way from prototype to production. The gap between academic breakthroughs and real-world deployment was enormous — and it was costing businesses millions in wasted pilots and abandoned experiments.
We set out to close that gap. Our founding principle was simple: every model we build must reach production, deliver measurable impact, and remain maintainable by the client's own team long after our engagement ends. That philosophy has guided every decision since — from the way we structure contracts to the way we document code.
Over the past six years we have grown from a four-person consultancy to a 35-person firm serving clients in finance, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and retail. Our headquarters remain in Québec, but our team now includes remote specialists across Canada and Europe, giving us the ability to staff projects in multiple time zones without sacrificing collaboration quality.

2021 — Team expands to 15
We open remote positions across Canada and hire our first dedicated ML-ops engineer, formalising our deployment and monitoring practices.
2022 — European clients
A logistics conglomerate in the Netherlands becomes our first overseas client, leading to a dedicated European support window.
2023 — Computer vision lab
We launch an in-house vision lab equipped with GPU clusters, enabling rapid prototyping of defect-detection and medical-imaging models.
2024 — 35 people, 140+ projects
